• I forgot to mention in the video that my wisdom teeth have now started growing again. For the last 5 years or so they grew half way then stopped for some reason. Now I feel them emerging again and making their way through the gums.

The Last Day – Day 49 of 40 Day Water Fast in Costa Rica

I took this picture on the last day of re-feeding.

When I look back at my face before the fast, it’s clear that here it’s much ‘cleaner’: the dark circles around my eyes have almost faded away, my skin is much clearer and my eyes have somehow brightened. The same goes for both my friends: Cosmic (28) on the left, Lee (48) on the right.

We all felt renewed and amazed by how a simple fruit can become a fully nourishing meal that gives the body all the energy/minerals/vitamins it needs.
